APPETIZERS:
1) Sautéed garlic mushrooms in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, served with
a hot fresh baguette.
2) Steamed mussels in a red wine, onion and garlic sauce, served with a hot fresh
baguette.
SALAD:
Mixed greens salad with a variety of sprouts and vegetables served with your choice
of dressings.
ENTREES:
All entrees are served with grilled vegetables and nugget potatoes.
1) Seafood kebabs loaded with an assortment of fresh wild salmon pieces, juicy
prawns and Digby scallops in a lemon, basil marinade.
2) Wild Fresh Salmon steaks grilled to juicy perfection topped with a lemon, maple
glaze.
3) Barbequed fresh Rosemary-brushed steaks topped with corn and feta salsa.
4) Marinated tofu and vegetable kebabs grilled on the barbeque (this option can
be made for vegetarians separately).
DESSERTS:
1) Cheese cake served with a hot, fresh berry sauce.
2) Chocolate cake served with a berry sauce.
3) Fresh fruit flan served with whipping cream.
